Can someone help me figure out how to make a 'Pin the Nose on Rudolph' game for my son's cl christmas party?

I want to make a Rudolph that I can have the kids stick a red nose on - just like pin the tail on the donkey. (They are kindergartners so no actual pin...) I wanted to make the Rudolph out of something that velcro will stick to. I have seen other questions on this site that suggest fleece or felt, but I have no luck with either. It barely sticks to these materials. I want to make a red nose out of a styrofoam ball and put velcro on the back of it. Then it will stick to the Rudolph surface - it needs to be a strong stick. I cannot order any special material offline because I don't have time so I need something that I could buy in a Hobby Lobby or a store that carries material. Thank you!!!
