What a good question. I hadn't thought about that before, but you are correct in thinking there will be an effect. People infected with HIV have comprimised immune systems, the lack of clean water, food and living conditions, combined with the tremendous strain on the health care system from the quake is going to really make it difficult for those with HIV. It will be just one more awful thing for those poor people to contend with in this disaster.
