Is not Catholicism pagan because they worship more than one Allah and Mariam?

All religions transform over time to either include previous religious figures, or to deify existing ones. Christianity now worships Jesus, less than God. Catholicism worships Mary most. Mohammad will also become a "godlike" figure, if he has not already in some sects. It is just simply the youngest monotheist religion, and therefore less developed in that sense.
