Predict whether a precipitate forms?

if equal volumes of 0.0010 mol/L calcium nitrate and 0.0020 mol/L potium hydroxide are combined. please show work :) Q is supposed to be 5.0 x 10^-10 but i dont know how to get to that ! thanks in advance
