How can I keep cats away from my house at night?

In my street I have many cats that roam at night but one cat in particular is driving me crazy at night. Its a huge cat and it meows every single night at about 3am right outside our bedroom window for hours. It also leaves footprints on my car and sets my sensor light off every 5 mins, it also makes the dog next door bark all the time as well (And that neighbour doesnt tell the dog to stop either)...It does not seem to mind water either, and its to cold at 3am to be chasing it with a water pistol...Whats a good way of stopping this cat from picking my place to hang out at night keeeping me awake, without being (to) cruel to it.
