Is godspeed ever going to be directed? harrison ford and james cameron.?

I remember seeing that Harrison Ford signed on to a film called Godspeed. It was supposed to be directed by James Cameron. After 4 years of speculation, with Indy 4 already released, and Cameron already doing 2 big films, is it safe to ume that it got canceled? why did it?
