What is wrong with me?

I have had the symptoms of a UTI for the past week and go to the doctor and just tell him, I have a UTI, just give me the medicine. I have had so many UTIs that I know them too well. Well, after my urine sample the doc says to me "there are no white blood cells in your urine. Just blood". OK but all my symptoms are the same exact ones I have when I get UTIs! Identical! I asked him what this all means, and he said "I have no idea". NOT something you wanna hear from a doctor!!! I was told by another doc that I have a tiny kidney stone about 7 months ago. I am hoping this is not suddenly giving me these symptoms and I am not about to be doubled over in pain in the next few days. I feel scared and I really don't want to p a stone. I head its the worst pain you can experience. Anyone heard of a white bloodcell-free UTI? Anyone have any feedback for me?! (blood in urine is not detectable with the eye, just under microscope).
