What's this movie?

I saw the commercial/trailer when I was watch hallmark channel , I think its pretty old because its going to show on hallmark on sunday. Anyway, I think its called "The Triumph" but I searched it and nothing came up. I think its starring Mathew Perry. Its about A teacher who teaches at this rowdy school and the students dont listen to him and put graffiti on the walls and stuff.
