When I make a comp-comp call, this is the message I receive. cont in add details.?

'Your computer's audio equipment (your microphone and speakers) are being used by another program. Please close that program, and then try again.' Since no other program is running on the comp., I have no idea what to do. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what will fix it.
