Where does the Smog pump hose go on a 2000 chevy s10 4.3L v6?

I have a 2000 4.3L v6 chevy s10 and I am having trouble finding out where the larger hose that comes out of the smog pump goes. I have a penger and drivers side A.i.r. pipes that come of the headers and connect to a "T" junction then connect to the smog pump and then there's a larger hose that comes out of the backside of the pump facing the engine and i was wondering if anyone knows where it supposed to go?
