Husband wont make ex-wife pay child support?

If he is legally obligated to pay her support, even if the child lives with you he may actually still owe her support. He needs to talk to an attorney and have custody transferred, and ask for some support even if it is small. There is no reason that a woman should not have to pay support in the same way that a man does. I agree with you.
